It was a challenging race weekend through the Lakes, Trails and Forests at the Park Rapids Heartland 106. The course was full of snow that was constantly changing throughout the days with the warmer than normal temps. The racers welcomed the challenge of the 106-mile-long course. Weather had been the story for weeks leading up to the season-opening AMSOIL Duluth national.
