USXC Park Rapids Video Recap

It was a challenging race weekend through the Lakes, Trails and Forests at the Park Rapids Heartland 106. The course was full of snow that was constantly changing throughout the days with the warmer than normal temps. The racers welcomed the challenge of the 106-mile-long course. USXC Warroad 200 in the books

March 1, 2016 The 2016 Seven Clans Warroad 200 is in the books. Near perfect conditions greeted 130 racers for 2 days of competitive terrain racing. In Pro Stock & Pro Open, C&A Pro Sponsored rider Zach Herfindahl set a blistering pace, dominating both classes. Justin Tate on a Polaris ran a season best taking second in both classes. In Pro Stock, Semi Pro riders Ryan Trout, Taylor Bunke & Alex Hetteen ran very respectable 3rd, 4th and 5th. USXC Recap – Devil’s Lake ND

The second week of the USXC season brought the circuit to a brand-new venue: Devils Lake, North Dakota. In a twist of fate, poor ice conditions led to the race being held in the ditches and fields north of town; this region happens to sport the most snowfall in the state, although that isn’t saying too much for what’s shaped up to be a pretty typical El Nino year for the Northern Plains. USXC Recap – Dyrdahl Memorial Pine Lake

It may have been one of the latest starts ever to a cross-country racing season, but it was worth the wait as conditions at the legendary Gerald Dyrdahl Memorial race on Pine Lake in northwestern Minnesota were as good as they get. An inadequate amount of ice forced the first round of competition for the USXC to be postponed two weekends.
